In this hands-on class with Chef Shane, you will learn how to prepare a three-course French menu using readily available ingredients as well as both timeless and modern cooking techniques.
Chef Shane will begin by teaching on basic skills, such as baking and roasting, knife skills, simple preparation techniques, and making emulsions. Then, you can look forward to creating impressive, modern French dishes, including seared asparagus with a bacon vinaigrette, poached egg, and parsley coulis, pan-roasted chicken with vermouth mustard emulsion, and so much more.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
