Prepare for a true French bistro culinary experience with Chef Sami.
Chef Sami draws upon his culinary background working for the incomparable French chef Laurent Tourondel to offer you an authentic French bistro experience.

Feel transported to the heart of France, sitting in a classic French bistro, in this traditional class focused on tried and true techniques. Chef Sami will guide you in preparing French bistro classics that are all about enjoying the rustic simplicity of this cuisine's uniqueness. You'll begin with a roasted beet salad and bright spring pea soup, following by coq au vin blanc, and ending with berries and cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
