Enjoy Chef Sami's favorite dishes from the beautiful area of Charleston, South Carolina.
Chef Sami, who spent time working as a chef for a gold resort in the heart of Charleston, is ready to share his favorite dishes from this region with you!

In this class, you are sure to learn tips and techniques to prepare classic dishes that call the South, and in particular, Charleston, home. Prepare a mouthwatering watermelon gazpacho that is refreshing and full of flavor. Shrimp and grits are a classic Southern staple, and you'll learn how to make them with added Charleston flair. Finally, perfect the traditional apple pie for a stunning dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
