Cooking Class - Seasonal French Inspired Fare

Get ready to combine the beauty of in-season ingredients with the art of French cookery.

In this hands-on class with Chef Ted, you will learn how to prepare a sophisticated four-course dinner menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients and a handful of French cooking techniques.

After beginning the class with a bright and light arugula salad showcasing a bounty of fresh herbs, you will learn how to handcraft crispy-crunchy and creamy goat cheese fritters with truffle honey. Then, you will prepare rye encrusted ahi tuna and lobster with red wine essence for your entrée before learning the secrets to creating a classic crème brûlée for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our entire experience with Chef Ted and Karen was amazing! The food was awesome, he had the perfect balance of teaching us what he was doing but also allowing us to relax, and we didn’t have to clean up a thing. The presentation was great, and the conversation with Ted and Karen made the night a ton of fun. I would highly recommend Ted to anyone looking for a great meal! I will definitely be letting my friends and family know.
