Next, learn how to properly roll Singaporean rainbow spring rolls stuffed with greens, carrots and bell pepper. For your entrée, discover the secrets to making lúc lắc portobello steaks with Vietnamese spice rub, and end on a sweet note with tangy mango sticky rice and sweet Thai iced tea.

I had a great time taking Chef Stacy's class! I learned how to make some great healthy food options, she even showed us a dessert, a yummy chocolate mousse with Strawberries. Chef Stacy had a great personality, bubbly and fun but really knew how to explain everything she was teaching. If you are looking to add some tasty options to your repertoire, this class is a definite must!
