Learn to craft succulent and mouthwatering handmade pasta with Chef Becca.
Join Chef Becca as she guides you in creating a beautiful meal from scratch featuring handmade pasta.
In hands-on, four-course class you will learn the ins and outs of making pasta homemade pasta with and without special pasta cutters. Begin with a refreshing grilled Caesar salad popping with flavor from charred lemon, followed by pappardelle with ragù and foccacia studded with fresh herbs. You'll leave with new, valuable skills that will certainly change your pasta-making game for the better!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
