Learn how to transform traditional Tuscan recipes to meet the needs of the gluten-free dieter.
In this hands-on class with Chef Mary, you will learn how to prepare a gluten-free Tuscan menu that combines the timeless flavors of Tuscany with gluten-free cooking techniques.
You will begin by learning how to make Parmesan and herb crêpe pasta for a spinach and roasted zucchini lasagna that's feathery light as well as the secret to making a quick and authentic marinara sauce. Next, you will make a crusty olive oil and sea salt focaccia bread for the table before ending with lemon basil biscotti. Buon appetito!

Growing up in an Italian household filled with great cooks, Chef Mary's passion for food came naturally. Now, Chef Mary is a cookbook author, business owner, and culinary instructor who specializes in gluten- and allergen-free diets.
