French macarons are a timeless classic. Join Chef Stephanie as she provides you with some valuable secrets in perfecting this stunning French treat.

In this hands-on baking class, you will be preparing macarons completely from scratch. First, you will learn the science, techniques and skills needed to craft this French specialty, including how to mix and bake a perfectly lightly crunchy macaron shell, and how to prepare three different flavors of ganache — the macaron filling — from scratch, including chocolate, pistachio and chambord. Bon appetit!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Loved learning macarons with Chef Stephanie! She shared so many helpful tips and little tricks that made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time making macarons with Chef Stephanie. I definitely feel a lot more confident to bake macarons after this class. The macarons were delicious and Chef gave plenty of other ideas for fillings other than the ones we made in class. This is the perfect activity for Galentines or any other excuse to spend time learning with your best friends. (Also fun and instructive in general of course)

We had a lot fun making macaroons. Chef Stephanie was very knowledgeable, shared her secrets and tips with us, and got everyone involved in the food preparation process. The macaroons came out delicious, and we are excited to make some at home.
