Cooking Class - Customary Sushi Restaurant Menu
In this hands-on class with Chef Paolo, you will learn how to become your own sushi chef and prepare a menu of customary sushi restaurant classics right in your own kitchen.
Chef Paolo will begin by teaching you how to make sushi rice following the Japanese time-honored traditions before using incredibly fresh ingredients to roll yourself into sushi nirvana. You can also look forward to creating a perfectly flaky and crunchy tempura as well as ending with a fun modern dessert of matcha sorbet sided by homemade crispy ginger waffles.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
