Cooking Class - The Culture of Spanish Tapas
In this hands-on class with Chef Marc, you will learn how to prepare an impressive and authentic spread of Spanish tapas using local, seasonal, and mostly organic ingredients as well as traditional Spanish cooking techniques.
Not only will you have the opportunity to revel in the fun and uniqueness of the tapas dining experience, but you will also learn the history behind each dish you will create as well as why the itinerant tasting and tippling that is tapas is such a large and important part of Spanish culture.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
