In this hands-on class with Chef Josh, you will learn how to prepare a four-course farm-to-table menu using the freshest ingredients and true farmhouse-style cooking techniques to make everything completely from scratch.
After beginning with a farmhouse salad, you will learn how to properly hard boil eggs for an appetizer of deviled eggs made using farm fresh eggs and herbs. Then for your entree, you will learn how to perfectly cook perfectly juicy pork chops as well as creamy cheesy grits that are anything but gritty.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
