Cooking Class - Traditional German Cuisine
In this hands-on class with Chef Juan, you'll learn how to prepare a three-course menu featuring traditional German recipes, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
After beginning with a German white bean and pea salad taken up a notch with the addition of prosciutto and smoked cheese, you'll learn to make a classic dish of spaetzle with mushrooms, crispy onions, sauerkraut, and bratwurst that would make any Oma proud. For dessert, you will learn the art and science of choux pastry and build German cream puffs filled with Bavarian cream and honey.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
