Cooking Class - Extraordinary Hors d’Oeuvres
In this hands-on class with Chef Juan, you will learn how to prepare an array of extraordinarily magnetizing hors d'oeuvres and small plates that are always sure to draw a crowd.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class includes a smoked salmon tartare featuring green goddess guacamole, a sweet and spicy Asian-style shrimp cocktail, a rainbow bright beet salad, and a unique take on oysters Rockefeller founded on a base of mushroom duxelle that tastes even more deluxe and luxurious than it sounds.
