In this hands-on class with Chef Juan, you will learn how to prepare an array of extraordinarily magnetizing hors d'oeuvres and small plates that are always sure to draw a crowd.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class includes a smoked salmon tartare featuring green goddess guacamole, a sweet and spicy Asian-style shrimp cocktail, a rainbow bright beet salad, and a unique take on oysters Rockefeller founded on a base of mushroom duxelle that tastes even more deluxe and luxurious than it sounds.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our cooking class was great! Chef Juan was engaging and helped to make our evening really fun while we learned to prepare really unique hors doeuvres. Everything tasted great, too. I would recommend Chef Juan highly, but I wouldn't recommend Cozymeal. They were a hassle, changed what they said was available, and wouldn't honor the original pricing. I'll book through another outfit next time.

This was just a great experience. Chef Juan was very personable and educated us on the different aspects of cooking this delicious meal. I would totally suggest this to anyone who is interested in trying to learn to cook a special meal such as this.
