Cooking Class - Festive Mediterranean Medley

Learn how to prepare an array of dishes that will transport you to the Mediterranean.

In this hands-on class with Chef Bryan, you will learn how to prepare a four-course Mediterranean menu using authentic ingredients and time-honored techniques hailing from the region.

You will begin by building an authentic salad using quintessential Greek ingredients, including feta cheese, that ensures every other bite has a wonderful creamy texture. You will also learn the art of creating a roasted sirloin kofta dish partnered with tomato couscous. For dessert, Chef Bryan will teach you how to make a beautifully sticky, nutty pistachio baklava complete with orange syrup.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
