Allow Chef Luis to guide you on a global culinary journey where you'll learn how to prepare fresh, gourmet meals that are succulent and palate pleasing. Some of the delectable dishes you will learn how to prepare include lump crab cakes, chicken marsala, seafood paella and crème brûlée. Each plate will have a gourmet feel and include one-of-a-kind flavor with inspirations from different regions. It is a truly exquisite journey!
