Cooking Class - Modern Sushi and More

Discover how to roll up a dazzling display of sushi and more with Chef John!

In this hands-on class with Chef John, you'll learn how prepare an array of modern sushi completely from scratch, including maki rolls, inside-out rolls, nigiri sushi, and impressive wrapped rolls!

Beyond learning how to create an artful platter of spectacular sushi, you will learn how to brew a traditional Japanese dashi stock, which will serve as the base for a homemade miso soup. You will also build a vibrant and colorful Asian chopped salad with a homemade vinaigrette and learn how to hand roll deliciously crunchy matcha chocolate truffles for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
