In this hands-on class with Chef Rosemary, you'll discover how to build a fun Mexican dinner highlighting the different styles of food preparations from around the country.
Chef Rosemary will begin by teaching you how make fresh and authentic guacamole with house-fried tortilla chips as well as shrimp and scallop ceviche served with style. For your entree, you'll learn how to prepare cheesy, creamy enchiladas stuffed with tender shreds of chicken bathing in an addictive salsa verde. You'll end on a sweet note with a margarita ice cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
