In this hands-on class with Chef Thomas, you will learn how to prepare an array of deeply satisfying comfort foods that can be enjoyed all year long.
First you'll brew a simple, powerful, life-giving batch of tomato soup. Next you'll craft traditional Filipino egg rolls with curative properties for when everything aches. Then, you'll prepare melt-in-your-mouth filet and tuck it into a soft pretzel bun best enjoyed on the couch under a fuzzy blanket or al fresco. Finally, you'll end with a dose of one of the highest ranking comfort foods: chocolate.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
