In this hands-on class with Chef Meco, you will learn how to seamlessly fuse elements of Italian and French cuisines to prepare a three-course menu showcasing a dazzlingly array of colors and flavors.
Chef Meco will begin by teaching you how to prepare a creamy risotto in the style of Milan to add yet another layer of flavor. Then, you'll learn the best cooking method to draw out the full-bodied flavor of lamb sirloin served with golden crispy chickpea fritters. You'll end with the quintessential French dessert: chocolate soufflé.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
