Cooking Class - Spicy Latin Fare
Join Chef Paco for an interactive cooking class where you'll handcraft three courses that feature classic Latin flavors and techniques that include citrus juice-curing seafood and perfectly grilling a steak.
You'll be introduced to several authentic ingredients as you learn how to prepare a variety of Latin dishes, including shrimp and scallop ceviche infused with citrus and herbs, hanger steak and prawns grilled and topped with an herby chimichurri sauce, and crêpes with a decadent rich caramel sauce and toasted nuts for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Shrimp and Scallop Ceviche
With tostadas, lemon, lime, orange juice, olive oil, oregano and cumin
Grilled Hanger Steak and Prawns
With chimichurri and tomatillo sauce, and mild roasted potatoes
