Chef Karen cuisine delivers flavor in every bite, I tried her menu that could be a happy dining experience, from its "Ceviche" to her "Churros". Impeccable presentation, clear and well-organized class, easy to follow and complete. Huge kitchen and comfortable spaces to work with. Chef Karen has enormous charisma, I highly recommend to take a class with her.
