Cooking Class - The Art of Gnocchi

Join Chef Paco as he showcases the perfect way to make gnocchi from scratch.

In this hands-on pasta-making cooking class, you'll learn how to make homemade gnocchi pasta dough using just a few high-quality ingredients as well as classic sauces to pair with them.

After charring radicchio for an arugula and Parmesan salad, you'll boil potatoes for the gnocchi, after which you'll mix with flour, roll into dough and cut into perfect gnocchi. Choose two sauces to pair with your pasta, including eggplant with porcini mushrooms and truffles, and a rustic tomato sauce with roasted pork. For dessert, whip up a light, silky Italian custard.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The pace was just right. Even with other people there it didn't feel rushed and everyone got ample time to do what they needed. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable and we all were able to learn and mingle. Chef Paco was very attentive, engaging, and welcoming.
