Cooking Class - Pasta Rolled by Hand
There's nothing quite like the rustic taste of pasta made completely from scratch. In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Paco will teach you two ways to make Italian pasta using a variety of ingredients.
After building a crisp seasonal salad, you'll learn how to knead the dough, roll out the noodles and cook your pasta to absolute perfection. Chef Paco will teach you how to make tagliatelle pasta with sausage and roasted fennel and a creamy bacon and pea-studded pappardelle dish with a brandy and cream reduction. For dessert, layer a traditional tiramisu.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
