Learn the knowledge, skills and techniques to be your very own sushi master at home!
In this hands-on class with Chef Joe, you will learn how to be a sushi master in your own kitchen as you work your way through the preparation of three different types of sushi.
Chef Joe will begin by teaching on how to properly cook sushi rice and the importance of sushi vinegar before rolling your spicy tuna roll. Chef Joe will then show you how to cut fish for nigiri and how to make a wonderfully balanced umami, sweet, and tart ponzu sauce before dessert!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Joe was very knowledgeable and made us feel right at home! We really enjoyed cooking with him and learned a lot about how to make some amazing sushi!

I strongly suggest not taking any classes with this Chef. I’ve never felt so uninvited and threanted. I reached out to support and they said they would investigate and gave me 20% back which was very insulting. For the sake of your wallet and personal well being go spend the money on a fine dining experience because your going to feel like you just got scammed and wonder how Cozymeal allows this...

With more than 20 years of culinary experience under his belt, Chef Joe is now sharing his skills in an array of cooking classes. Chef Joe’s extensive experience has provided him with knowledge of a variety of cuisines, including modern French and traditional Italian, as well as impressive plating techniques. When he's not teaching, Chef Joe can be found working as the sous chef in an award-winning Denver restaurant kitchen.
