In this interactive French cooking class, Chef Mary Ann encourages you to channel your inner Julia Child or Jacques Pepin to build a French feast by transforming rustic ingredients into a truly elegant and spectacular meal.
Some of the authentic recipes you can look forward to creating in this class include a French onion soup complete with gruyère crostini, an unbelievably flavorful roasted chicken served with fennel and herb potatoes, and a velvety smooth crème brûlée topped with a shattering caramelized sugar crust for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Going to Chef Mary Ann was quite an inspiration! I felt totally transported to Italy with her delicate dishes full of aromas that you can only find in an authentic Italian home. She presented her lessons with her amazing style, and made me feel as if I was cooking with a superstar Italian grandmother. Thanks for such a wonderful time!!
After owning her own restaurant and catering facility where she also taught cooking classes, Chef Mary Ann found her passion for teaching others how to cook and thrive in their own home kitchens. Chef Mary Ann is now a full-time chef instructor in Florida teaching both savory and sweet classes ranging from croissants and macarons to homemade bread and pasta to the cuisines of Thailand, Mexico, France, Italy, and China.
