In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Mary Ann, you will embark on a tour through four traditional Tuscan dishes made in the time-honored way, and discover how the Tuscan experience is perfectly in symbiosis with the land.
Seasonal, high-quality ingredients and humble rusticity is the name of the game in Tuscan gastronomy, which you will discover as you work your way through the preparation of a creamy polenta, chicken seasoned with rustic Tuscan herbs and a festive bread pudding for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Going to Chef Mary Ann was quite an inspiration! I felt totally transported to Italy with her delicate dishes full of aromas that you can only find in an authentic Italian home. Chef Travels to You
After owning her own restaurant and catering facility where she also taught cooking classes, Chef Mary Ann found her passion for teaching others how to cook and thrive in their own home kitchens. Chef Mary Ann is now a full-time chef instructor in Florida teaching both savory and sweet classes ranging from croissants and macarons to homemade bread and pasta to the cuisines of Thailand, Mexico, France, Italy, and China.
