In this hands-on class with Chef Jirayu, you will learn the skills and techniques needed to prepare a phenomenal and healthy host of vegetarian and vegan Thai dishes that are both satisfying and exploding with flavor.
You will begin by learning how to combine a crunchy, fresh, sour, and spicy mango salad. Then, Chef Jirayu will teach you how to brew a homemade batch of creamy coconut soup with pumpkin. For the main course, you will learn how to create a simple and colorful authentic Thai curry with complex flavors.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
