In this hands-on class with Chef Catherine, you will learn the skills and techniques needed to infuse a little creativity into a four-course seasonal vegetarian menu that's sure to impress your friends and family.
You will begin by learning how to whip up a creamy, cloud-like portobello mousse crostini before you dive into the preparation of a hearty main course that doesn't skimp on fresh flavor. And for dessert, you'll learn a simple, yet elegant and perfectly light and creamy chai spice panna cotta recipe.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
