Adventure through American fusion fare that dazzles the palate with an entirely new flavor experience.
In this hands-on class, Chef Scutt encourages creativity in the kitchen and will teach you how to prepare an impressive three-course meal where classic American fare meets global flavors. Chef Scutt will also teach a little bit on the cultures and ingredients you will be highlighting in your dishes.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your repertoire include buttermilk wasabi wings with a sweet and spicy orange bourbon sauce as well as incredibly indulgent ice cream sandwiches made with biscuits and almond candied bacon.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Scutt taught us new techniques and has an amazing palate. His flavor combinations were outstanding! Will certainly be recreating the wasabi wings and playing with different sauces to compliment their crunch.

Chef Scutt is an artist in the kitchen. He has amazingly tasty recipes and brought enough food to feed a small army. He showed us what to do every step of the way, but we did most of the cooking. The wings were some of the best I have ever eaten - better than most bar wings. The chicken in wine was some of the most fall of the bone tender and tasty I have ever eaten, and the bread pudding was perfectly prepared. I highly recommend you take this class. We plan to make these recipes again and again.

Chef Scutt was AMAZING! I booked him as a surprise for my husband's birthday, and he was a great teacher! The food was beyond delicious, very flavorful, and unique in its own right. I would definitely recommend him in a heartbeat for anyone looking to have some good food with a little island flair!
