In this hands-on class with Chef Cindy and David, you will learn how to prepare a four-course Thai meal that is simple enough for any home cook to master, yet filled with a complex array of flavors.
Chef Cindy and David will begin by teaching you how to brew a simple, healthy, and satisfying Thai curry soup and traditional green papaya salad. Then, you will be preparing a well-known entree of Thai shrimp and vegetables before ending the night learning how to make homemade chai ice cream!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
