In this hands-on class, Chef Michelle is sharing her secret Polynesian pizza recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation. Chef Michelle will also be joined by Las Vegas local Chef Papa J, known as the "Master Story Teller," who will be sharing his love for and knowledge of Polynesian pizza.
You will learn how to make two Polynesian pizzas from start to finish and completely from scratch. After cooking them on an outside pizza stone oven, you will share and savor your creations along with a Polynesian dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Michelle has dedicated more than 25 years of her life to studying and practicing holistic health, and incorporating and infusing those foundational philosophies into her culinary career. Today, Chef Michelle is known for her talents as an amazing raw chef as well as a highly skilled vegan pastry chef. When she’s not in the kitchen, Chef Michelle can be found tending to her organic edible herb and flower garden.
