In this hands-on class with Chef Teffani, you will learn how to apply classic French cooking techniques to three different fresh seafood dishes and one outstanding dessert that will transport your taste buds to the French Riviera.

I picked Chef Teffani for two reasons, I really liked the menu and her reviews said she was great. I was NOT disappointed! Chef Teffani gave all of us a wonderful experience that was more than just a cooking class. She was warm, welcoming, funny, and informative. It was wonderful and I highly recommend her!

It was a delightful evening with Chef Teffani. She was gracious, well organized, and very knowledgeable. She made the food preparation a fun-filled experience. Each dish that we prepared was amazing! All of the recipes shared will become family favorites. Looking forward to the next class.
