In this hands-on class with Chef Mikko, you will learn how to prepare extremely fresh Hawaiian-style poke as well as two different types of sushi rolls.
A cross between sushi and ceviche, Chef Mikko's poke features raw salmon, which you learn how to cube, marinate, and pair with salty seaweed, crunchy sweet onions, and Hawaiian-style spices. You can also look forward to learning how to make your own eel sauce, spicy mayo, and ponzu. And for dessert, you will enjoy a crispy Japanese spring roll filled with warm and gooey Nutella.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
