In this hands-on class with Chef Djeff, you will learn how to prepare a remarkable three-course Japanese menu that includes two quintessential sushi rolls as well as a classic poke bowl recipe.

After mastering both the tuna and salmon roll, Chef Djeff will teach you how to make a flavorful and refreshing poke bowl with your choice of salmon or tuna, fresh jalapeños and sriracha aioli for a spicy touch.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
