Let Chef Michael be your guide on a culinary trip to the Mediterranean.
Mediterranean fare lends itself well to a foundation of vibrant, flavorful ingredients, and Chef Michael will show you how to best maximum the natural goodness of fresh ingredients.
Begin your journey with a refreshing and savory kale salad topped with fried oysters and spiced pecans. Then, venture into your entree course with a succulent roasted lamb loin with tangy tzatziki sauce and tabbouleh peppered with parsley. Finally, end your experience with a bright and creamy lemon panna cotta.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I got one on one instruction and felt comfortable asking questions. The chef took the time to answer any silly question that came to mind and made sure to keep both me and my friend safe in the kitchen. I actually cooked something delicious!! Thank you chef !!
