Chef Michael has long studied haute cuisine, and is eager and excited to share his knowledge with you.

Prepare to greatly increase your repertoire of culinary skills with Chef Michael's French menu. The aromas of fresh scallops, white peaches, orange cognac and chocolate combine to create the perfect atmosphere for fine dining. You will learn the proper way to sear, roast, and bake everything from succulent scallops to decadent duck and velvety soufflé.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Michael did a great job explaining his process for creating the dishes, and made sure I knew every step along the way to creating the finished meals. His food was delicious, the presentations were fantastic, and I had a wonderful time tasting everything when it was finished. He really helped take some of the intimidation away from constructing these beautiful dishes.
