Learn how to make an Italian meal full of crowd-pleasing favorites.

Join Chef Federico for an incredible hands-on cooking class where you'll learn how to make a classic Italian appetizer, gnocchi studded with herbs and a frozen dessert.

You'll prepare three classic Italian dishes completely from scratch in this culinary lesson. First, learn how to build a fresh and healthy caponata, then prepare a herb gnocchi pasta with brown butter and sage that will melt in your mouth. Finish with a fresh frozen mousse dessert with raspberries that you'll want to recreate time and time again.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We booked Chef Frederico for our sister-friend’s birthday. We had a ball. Chef Frederico taught us some helpful tips for cooking at home and made (with) us a delicious meal. As a matter of fact I’m making one of the dishes tonight! And his playlist made it even more enjoyable:)
