Cooking Class - Classic Spanish Supper

What You’ll Do

Learn how to build a Spanish-style supper from tapas to dessert with Chef Lorry.

In this hands-on class, Chef Lorry will teach you the skills and techniques needed to create a Spanish-style supper, including three tasty tapas.

You'll begin by preparing your tapas: wild-caught shrimp slow-cooked in garlic chili oil, olive oil-roasted and fried potatoes with roasted pepper dipping sauce, and house-made bread rubbed with garlic and fresh tomato. For the entree you'll infuse a pork loin with incredible herbs and flavors encased in a salt shell. And for dessert you'll make traditional churros with a velvety chocolate dipping sauce.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We loved the class with Lorry. She taught us how to cook easy-to-repeat and delicious Spanish recipes in her home. She and her husband were wonderful hosts. Would definitely choose them again for a Cozymeal experience.

We had a fantastic time at Chef Lorry’s house making the classic Spanish supper. The meal was delicious, fun and Chef Lorry made it an easy process to follow. She and her husband were great hosts. Communication was very easy and she kindly accommodated my dairy allergy. Fantastic date night and highly recommend!!

What a fun night! Lorry and her husband were the perfect pair, with quite a history in the restaurant industry. Lorry taught my fiance and I so much in just a couple of hours! We loved learning the cooking techniques, and more importantly, eating the delicious food. Everything was cooked perfectly to our taste, which really enhanced the food experience. We ate generous portions, and still cleaned our plates! We loved it so much we cooked the romesco sauce again the next day. Needless to say we had a lovely experience, and you should book with Chef Lorry!
