We had a great time in Chef Rita’s Macaron making class and learned so much! Who knew that making these four-ingredient cookies would include such an involved process. The class was less about the actual recipe and more about learning baking techniques, proper process, creating the right dough consistency, and proper cookie handling & filling. The class was so interesting and Chef Rita made it fun along the way. The result was a perfect macaron that was truly delicious. I highly recommend! Thank you Chef Rita!
