Chef Amal was great and she has incredible knowledge on baking macarons. The CozyMeal site does a disservice to the class by overselling the experience. For this particular class, you do not actually bake the macarons, you just simply learn about how to bake them and then you also learn simple techniques like piping. Be mindful when booking that if the class is being held in a restaurant or wine bar it will be the less hands-on version since there is no kitchen access. Absolutely five stars to Chef Amal, nothing at all negative towards her, as she is also aware of this issue with the website and how it lists her different classes.
