I'm no vegan, and don't think I could ever be (I love cheese too much), but if I could regularly eat Chef Rozanna's food I would certainly consider it! She's a great teacher, very friendly and supportive.

I've run my own catering company in the Bay area since 1995, and have been cooking for more than 30 years. I was inspired to start cooking when my daughter was born so that she would grow up learning with me. I believe that the best cooking is done out of love, not ego. I'm driven by creativity, always working to learn new techniques and styles. My cooking aims to be simple and accessible, using fresh and seasonal ingredients. I look forward to cooking with you!
