Focusing on flavor, Chef Francesca creates a gourmet five-course menu of exquisite seafood.

Sit back and enjoy as an expert chef prepares freshly caught seafood on-site for an evening of fine dining. Branzino, a sustainable European seabass is showcased in fresh herbs and ricotta ravioli and is served baked in sun-dried tomatoes, capers, Kalamata olives, and white wine. Chef Francesca brings her signature skills of handcrafted excellence to this menu from the Sardinian kitchen.

Francesca is a wonderful chef and host! She made my fiancé and I feel very welcome in her cozy home during our private cooking class. Francesca made the process of learning a new skill fun and relaxing with her easygoing demeanor. It felt like we were hanging out and cooking with a longtime friend! Not to mention her food was delicious! Highly recommend booking Francesca (:

We thoroughly enjoyed our class with chef Francesca. She was warm and friendly and very informative. My husband and I both cook but we still found her very informative. By the end of the evening we felt like we were at a friend’s house for a wonderfully delish meal. We highly recommend this class.

I want to express my gratitude to the Cozymeal Team, especially Lauren, for accommodating my communication needs. As I mentioned, I am deaf and communicate using American Sign Language. Chef Francesca was patient in working with me and very kind to write everything out for me to read. Not only was Chef Francesca nice to me, but she is also a fantastic chef! She taught me everything I needed to know, and the food we cooked together was incredible. I highly recommend taking her class. I will definitely take her class again to learn different dishes. It's a shame I couldn't give her six stars. Thank you, Chef Francesca!
