Chef Tony studied at the Culinary Institute of America and upon graduation was promptly introduced to New York City's finest kitchens. His passion for the traditional cuisine of cultures across the globe has brought him through Europe, Southeast Asia, Mexico, and the rural United States. He is currently the Executive Chef at one of Santa Monica's favorite restaurants.

Chef Tony's private event was absolutely amazing. He is such a great chef, very patient and willing to answer any questions I had. He let me pick and choose my dishes prior to the event, and everything was delicious! I am looking forward to the next event!
