What You'll Do

Enjoy a fabulous Southern Brunch with Chef Shelby!

In this one-time pop-up brunch, you will enjoy a variety of delicious Southern foods from Cozymeal's talented Chef Shelby! You'll start with her delicious and rich buttermilk biscuits and fresh fruit, and will then get your choice of main: savory shrimp étoufée with creamy grits, spicy fried chicken and waffles with a collard syrup and a bacon maple crumble, a pulled pork and sweet potato sandwich, or a grilled cheese salad with refreshing watermelon, frisée, and citrus. Dessert will be a delicious praline pecan peach empanada.

Chef Shelby will serve Blue Bottle coffee, Southern sweet tea, and lemon & mint-infused water with the meal. She encourages guests to bring their own wine, beer, mimosas, or bloody marys to enjoy with the brunch!

Shelby was a wonderful teacher, she was funny, informative, and showed us how to make delicious food. My daughter has a shellfish allergy and Shelby was very accommodating and easily changed the meal plan to suit her dietary needs.
