Catering - Crab Bisque Lunch in Pacific Heights

Enjoy a comforting bowl of fresh crab bisque along with delicious biscuits and a refreshing salad.

This meal consists of a twist on the she-crab soup I had in South Carolina. Instead of she-crabs, which are basically female Atlantic blue crabs, this crab bisque is made with fresh San Francisco Dungeness crabs. Accompanying this meal will be home-made biscuits with strawberry butter, and a beet and goat cheese salad to add a light touch to this meal.
