Wonderful Spanish Paella class! The booking process on Cozymeal was simple, the food was delicious and the class was a lot of fun!
Chef Camila made us feel very welcome in her home. We were a group celebrating a birthday and had a wonderful time learning about Paella, cooking it and eating it soon after. Everything came out really well and Chef Camila is an excellent host and teacher. Would definitely recommend to any group size!
Great Spanish Paella cooking class. I'm looking forward to my next cooking class on Cozymeal!
Excellent! Paella was delicious (as well as starters and dessert). Camila is a patient, down-to-earth teacher/chef. Looking forward to another meal with her.
What a wonderful afternoon in a lovely outdoor garden. Camila began with a brief background of paella in Spain and I learned so much about authentic eating of the dish. Preparing the Vegetable paella with the other Cozymealers was a delight. I can't wait to try this at home and also stop by The Spanish Table on San Pablo for ingredients.

Booked the class An Evening of Spanish Tapas and Wine with Chef Camila in East Bay (Northwest Berkeley)
We had such a great dinner at Camila's. Camila is warm and inviting and makes you feel right at home. It was a real treat to have a delicious home cooked meal, with really fresh ingredients. The highlight of dinner was one of my faves, gambas ajillo (garlicky shrimp - not sure how she got so much flavor into the shrimp). We also had olive caviar, 2 salads, one with blood oranges, fennel, cilantro flowers, onions and olives, and the other salad had anchovies, hard boiled eggs, roasted bell peppers and tomatoes. And of course toasted bread, with rubbed fresh tomato, olive oil, and salt, a simple combo, but such a delicious way to eat bread. Everything was amazing! Thank you Camila!

I had such a lovely time at Camila's home! This was my first COZYMEAL experience & I am hooked. The food was delicious, we had great conversation with the other guests, & I really enjoyed myself. My favorite dishes were the rainbow chard rolls and the mussels!!! And of course dessert.

I arrived a bit early but Camila made me feel right at home. Her home was welcoming and the company just right. Great first experience and of course, loved the wine!
