Team Building Activity - Introductory French Cooking

Teammates will tackle French cooking together with a professional chef instructor.

Join Chef Chericia for a team-building culinary exploration of French cuisine. While French cooking can seem daunting to many, Chef Chericia will guide teammates through the steps of creating superb French recipes, forging skills they will keep long after class is over.

Guests will work together to learn new culinary techniques and make a three-course French meal. In this class, guests will learn how to make salade Lyonnaise, a gourmet bitter greens salad with crisp bacon, topped with a poached egg, "Hunter's Chicken" in rich brown sauce with mushrooms, and creamy, puréed potatoes. Teammates will sit down for a shared meal after whipping up a classic French apple pie.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was a lot of fun, and a great team-building night. Chef CeeCee shows us a lot of tips that even our experienced home-cooks learned from. Tasks were broken down and I was amazed at how much we accomplished, and then were able to sit and enjoy an amazing meal.

We had a fantastic time with Chef CeCe! She was personable, kind, knowledgeable with helpful tips, and a great presence! We learned so much during our time with her and she had the right balance of guiding us through the preparation of the food while also giving us the flexibility to chat and have fun. We all left brainstorming ideas for when we will book a class with her again. We would love Chef CeCe to provide a recipe card at the end so we can replicate what we did at home.
