We took a pasta cooking class from Mimi for a date night and it was fantastic. Mimi is an excellent host and instructor. She's very friendly and warm. And she brings a clear passion for cooking and helping others experience that. We had a blast learning with her. Also, our food turned out amazing, it had such a careful choice of flavors for a classic alfredo linguini. I would love to take another class with her sometime. I imagine her Ethiopian dishes would be a special treat.
