Work with your colleagues to improvise a classic French menu with a New American flair. Chef Joseph will take your team on a tour of France preparing dishes typically found in both the Southern and Northern regions of France. Iconic dishes include Niçoise salad, chicken in tarragon and wine sauce followed by crêpes Suzette to complete your class. Focus on traditional French techniques that have influenced New American cuisine.
Chef Joseph’s honed his cooking skills while working in upscale kitchens throughout Madrid. Following his training in Europe, he continued to try his hand at the catering industry in Seattle. Through his love for local ingredients and Mediterranean techniques, he aims to bring sophistication and fun into his hands-on classes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
