We cooked paella, and we had a great time! The space is small for 10 people, I think the kitchen is big enough for max 8 people

Chef Fabio blew us away with his presentation, professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and thoughtful hospitality. It was a surprise for my sister and boy, he did not let us down! I was also impressed and wowed by the clean presentation, easy to follow and organized instruction, the simple and delicious meal, and the gorgeous rooftop setting. The whole experience was incredible from start to finish. He started us off with some charcuterie on the deck overlooking San Diego, then we made two different kinds of pastas from scratch, and then had a special dessert (because I had brought a candle for my sister's birthday and Panna cotta was not exactly easy to put a candle in), he very thoughtfully made lemon ricotta cake - which was even better! We were able to take home all our leftovers and bring wine and decorate with a banner, which was all lovely, and Chef Fabio was very chill and nice! "20/10 experience, the best present ever " -My Sister. I would 100% recommend his cooking class for anyone in the area looking for a fun, beautiful, and delicious experience!

Outstanding. Well organized and delicious. Made it simple and easy to put together a homemade pasta dish and grow your cooking skills. Chef Fabio was a wonderful teacher and we would absolutely recommend this class.

This was such a great experience! Fabio had extensive knowledge of Italy and told us of some places to check out when we finally travel there. At first, I didn't expect it to be an at-home thing, but that ended up being wonderful in that it made me feel I could re-create this meal. Let me tell you, I cannot believe the amazing flavors of the sauce we made, the texture of the freshly from scratch pasta... and a dessert I cannot wait to make again! I highly recommend this service and Fabio specifically. VERY happy we did this.
